SORRY - OUR HANDS ARE ALREADY FULL. ACTUALLY, THERE WAS A TIME WE WOULD ATTEMPT TO DO THINGS LIKE THAT. BUT WE ENDED UP WITH VAST QUANTITIES OF REALLY GOOD MERCHANDISE STUFFED INTO NOOKS AND CRANNIES. FOLKS PROMISED THEY WOULD PICK IT UP IN A COUPLE OF DAYS - AND THEN SHOWED UP TWO MONTHS LATER, AND GOT ANGRY WITH US BECAUSE WE DIDN'T KEEP THEIR STUFF - AND THERE'S A WHOLE BOOK FULL OF HORROR STORIES ABOUT THE MIS-ADVENTURES OF HOLDING MERCHANDISE. SO IN A BRAVE ATTEMPT TO KEEP THINGS SIMPLE AROUND HERE - WE DECIDED THAT WE JUST COULD NOT HOLD MERCHANDISE. AND WITH EVERY RULE, THERE COMES AN EXCEPTION. IN THE CARPET DEPARTMENT, THEY WILL RESERVE FLOOR COVERING FOR A LIMITED TIME. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE TIME LIMIT - BECAUSE IF WE DO NOT HEAR FROM YOU WITHIN THE TIME LIMIT - THE FLOOR COVERING IS NO LONGER KEPT ON HOLD, AND WILL BE OFFERED FOR SALE. WE DO NOT HAVE THE SPACE TO HOLD AND STORE MERCHANDISE. PLEASE PLAN TO BUY IT AND TAKE IT WITH YOU!

2. I JUST BOUGHT AN ITEM THAT I LOVE. CAN YOU PICK ME OUT ANOTHER AND SEND IT TO ME?
NOPE - WE DON'T DO THAT EITHER. TRIED THAT BEFORE TOO. WHEN IT GOT TO THE POINT THAT IT WAS ALMOST A FULL TIME JOB GATHERING AND PACKAGING ALL THE GEE-GAWS AND GADGETS FOLKS JUST COULDN'T LIVE WITHOUT. SO WE HAD TO ELIMINATE THAT FROM OUR LIST OF ACTIVITIES. AND LIFE IS SO GOOD NOW. ONE THING WE WILL DO IS CHECK TO SEE IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK FOR YOU - SO YOU DON'T MAKE A BIG TRIP FOR NOTHING. BUT, THEN EVEN IF WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR ISN'T HERE, WE'RE SURE TO HAVE SOMETHING ELSE YOU'LL ENJOY. SO STOP IN ANYWAY. WE'RE SORRY, WE ARE NOT A MAIL-ORDER STORE. WE CANNOT SEND MERCHANDISE TO YOU. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS, AND BUY IT WHEN YOU SEE IT!

3. IF I BUY A BUNCH OF AN ITEM - CAN I GET A DISCOUNT?
YUP - TRIED THAT ONE BEFORE TOO. NOTHING BUT FRUSTRATION AND HEART-ACHE. SOME FOLKS CONSIDER 2 A BUNCH. AND IF AN ITEM IS NOT A GOOD SELLER - WE JUST MARK IT DOWN UNTIL IT IS. A LOT OF THE TIMES IT WILL END UP BELOW COST. SO JUST TO KEEP LIFE SIMPLE, WE DON'T WHOLESALE. WE STRIVE TO KEEP PRICES AS LOW AS POSSIBLE AND STILL STAY IN BUSINESS. PLEASE DON'T ASK FOR A DISCOUNT.

4. WHEN WILL NEW MERCHANDISE BE ARRIVING?
TRUCKS ARE SCHEDULED TO ARRIVE FREQUENTLY TO OUR STORE, AND WHEN THE TABLES SEEM BARE, YOU CAN PROBABLY ASSUME A TRUCK IS ON ITS WAY. THERE WILL BE A FEW DAYS BETWEEN THE TIME A TRUCK ARRIVES UNTIL WHEN THE MERCHANDISE IS PRICED TO SELL. THAT'S BECAUSE WE DON'T HAVE A WAREHOUSE OR STAGING AREA LIKE MOST STORES. THE TRUCKS ARE OFF LOADED DIRECTLY ONTO THE RETAIL FLOOR. IT TAKES TIME TO UNLOAD THE PALLETS AND GET THE MERCHANDISE SORTED OUT, CHECKED IN, PRICED AND ON THE TABLES. PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH US!

5. I BOUGHT SOMETHING A WHILE BACK, AND YOU DON'T HAVE ANY OF IT NOW. CAN YOU ORDER IT FOR ME?
DEPENDS ON WHICH DEPARTMENT YOU FOUND THE ITEM IN. IN THE MAIN STORE, MOST OF THE STOCK IS SPECIAL BUYS, CLOSE-OUTS, ETC. THAT MEANS THE SUPPLY IS LIMITED, AND THERE IS PROBABLY MORE CHANCE THAT WE WON'T BE ABLE TO GET THE SAME ITEM IN AGAIN. BUT IF IT WAS A POPULAR ITEM, WE WILL TRY TO FIND A SIMILAR ITEM IN THE WIDE WORLD OF LIQUIDATIONS. IN THE CRAFT AND GIFT STORE, CRAFTS CAN BE MORE EASILY RE-ORDERED (AS THEY DO SPECIAL ORDERS) THAN GIFTWARE CAN. BUT, AGAIN, WE WILL DO WHAT WE CAN TO FIND IT FOR YOU. IN THE FLOOR STORE, WE BUY RUNNING LINES OF FLOOR COVERINGS DIRECT FROM THE MILLS. AND WE CAN BUY MORE OF THE SAME PRODUCT. (UNTIL THE MILL DISCONTINUES IT). SPECIAL ORDERS ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE IN THE FLOOR STORE! IN YABBA FURNITURE COMPANY, WE BUY RUNNING LINES OF FURNITURE DIRECTLY FROM THE VENDORS. SPECIAL ORDERS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME, AND WILL WORK UNTIL THE VENDOR DISCONTINUES A PRODUCT.

6. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
AS LONG AS YOU BEHAVED THE FIRST TIME YOU WERE HERE, YOU CAN RETURN ANY TIME YOU WANT! IF YOU WANT TO RETURN WITH MERCHANDISE YOU PURCHASED THE LAST TIME YOU CAME, WE HAVE A 30-DAY RETURN POLICY WHICH STATES "NO RECEIPT, NO REFUND". YOU WILL BE ALLOWED A CASH REFUND WITHIN 30 DAYS OF YOUR PURCHASE IF YOU HAVE THE RECEIPT. BARGAIN BILL'S DOES NOT EMPLOY INSTALLERS, BUT WE DO MAINTAIN A LIST OF INSTALLERS WITH THEIR PHONE NUMBERS FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE. YOU THEN ARRANGE INSTALLATION OF YOUR FLOORING DIRECTLY WITH THEM.

9. DO YOU DELIVER?
NO WE DON'T DELIVER. WE ARE STRICTLY A CASH-AND-CARRY FLOOR STORE. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT YOUR INSTALLER CAN PICK UP YOUR PURCHASE FOR YOU, SO YOU MAY WANT TO CHECK WITH WHOMEVER YOU HIRE TO INSTALL YOUR FLOOR.

10. WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR CARPET FROM?
FROM THE SAME PLACE AS EVERYONE ELSE....DIRECT FROM THE MILLS AND VENDORS!

11. WHAT ABOUT QUALITY?
WE SELL FIRST QUALITY FLOORING. THE REASON OUR PRICE IS LOWER IS BECAUSE WE BUY VOLUME AND STOCK PRODUCT. AND THEN PASS THE SAVINGS ALONG TO OUR CUSTOMERS. ALSO BY NOT EMPLOYING THE INSTALLER, WE LOWER OVERHEAD, AND CAN PASS ALONG ADDITIONAL SAVINGS. WE STAND BEHIND OUR FLOOR COVERINGS (ESPECIALLY WHEN OUR COMPETITORS ARE THROWING CARPET KNIVES AT US) BUT SERIOUSLY - WE WILL GO THE EXTRA MILE TO MAKE SURE OUR FLOORING CUSTOMERS ARE SATISFIED WITH EVERY ASPECT OF THEIR PURCHASE HERE. WE WON'T TOLERATE SECOND QUALITY PRODUCTS.

12. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
YOU CANNOT RETURN ANYTHING THAT HAS BEEN CUT TO YOUR SPECIFICATIONS. WITH ANYTHING ELSE, YOU MUST BRING YOUR RECEIPT AND MAKE THE RETURN WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE. IF YOU PAID WITH A CREDIT CARD, YOUR RETURN WILL BE ISSUED TO THAT SAME CREDIT CARD. IF YOU PAID WITH CASH OR A CHECK, YOUR RETURN WILL BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS BY CHECK. HOWEVER, WITH SPECIAL ORDERS, THERE MAY NOT BE A RETURN OPTION. OUR VENDORS OFTEN WON’T ACCEPT RETURNS, OR CHARGE LARGE RESTOCKING FEES TO US FOR MAKING A RETURN. YES, WE DO. WE DELIVER ON TUESDAY’S AND THURSDAY’S. THE COST FOR DELIVERY IS $25 IN RICE LAKE, AND GOES UP FROM THERE, DEPENDING ON YOUR DISTANCE FROM OUR STORE. PLEASE CALL OR VISIT OUR STORE TO DETERMINE YOUR DELIVERY COSTS.

14. WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR FURNITURE FROM?
WE BUY DIRECTLY FROM THE COMPANIES, WHETHER IT BE BROYHILL, LANE, LACROSSE OR ASHLEY, JUST TO NAME A FEW. WE CARRY FIRST-QUALITY FURNITURE, AND BECAUSE OF OUR BUYING POWER, ARE ABLE TO OFFER IT TO YOU AT BARGAIN PRICES.

15. CAN I SPECIAL ORDER FURNITURE?
OF COURSE YOU CAN! SPECIAL ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE ORDERING, AND MAY TAKE UP TO 90 DAYS TO ARRIVE. OUR HELPFUL SALES ASSOCIATES CAN HELP YOU PICK OUT EXACTLY WHAT YOU’RE LOOKING FOR!

16. CAN I BUY A PIECE OF FURNITURE FROM THE SHOWROOM FLOOR AND TAKE IT HOME WITH ME?

17. WILL YOU HOLD MERCHANDISE FOR ME?
BECAUSE OF OUR CONTINUALLY CHANGING IN-STOCK SELECTION, WE CANNOT HOLD MERCHANDISE AT YABBA FURNITURE COMPANY.

18. WILL YOU HOLD MERCHANDISE FOR ME AFTER IT’S PAID FOR?
THIS WE CAN DO, BUT ONLY FOR A LIMITED TIME- TWO WEEKS AT MAX. WE SIMPLY DON’T HAVE THE STORAGE SPACE. SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS CAN BE MADE AHEAD OF TIME.

19.WHAT ABOUT FINANCING?
YABBA FURNITURE OFFERS FINANCING THROUGH CITIFINANCIAL. THERE IS MINIMAL PAPERWORK, AND SEVERAL OPTIONS. WE HAVE THE APPLICATIONS IN-HOUSE, AND CAN ASSIST YOU WITH THOSE WHEN YOU COME IN

20. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE (WITHIN 10 DAYS OF YOUR ORIGINAL PURCHASE)WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE AMOUNT OF YOUR PURCHASE.
